I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk to Masjid Al Haram, and the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms left much to be desired. The cleanliness was an issue with a dirty washroom, and the overall condition just didn’t feel ready. Dining options were decent, but definitely could have been more accommodating during breakfast. Overall, it’s in a great spot, but the rooms could use serious improvement.
